Chromebook Troubleshooting

1. Restart Your Device: Hold the power button for 10 seconds. Many connection issues are fixed with a simple reboot.
2. Update Chrome OS: Go to Settings > About Chrome OS > Check for Updates.
3. Clear Cache: In the browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Backspace to clear browsing data if pages aren't loading correctly.

Broken or Lost Device?

If your Chromebook has a broken screen, missing keys, or won't turn on, please bring the device (and the charger, if possible) to the Main Office to request a repair or exchange.

Note: Intentional damage may result in a replacement fee per District policy.
